Our Wallaby are ethically sourced from Tasmania, where there is an overpopulation issue. In an effort to maintain a balanced ecosystem, the Tasmanian government permits the humane culling of wallabys. We recognize that the consumption of wild game meats, including kangaroo and deer, can be a matter of sensitivity and we approach this with utmost respect and consideration.
